The assistant works with the rights of the person who asks. A bartender will not learn the cost price even if they ask.
It prepares a draft and a proposal. Only a person with the right can post a document or approve a payment.
The assistant reads supplier letters but does not follow instructions written in them.

Customer data is not used to train models and does not reach other customers.
