Text pending legal reviewVersion of [DATE]
This policy explains which personal data we collect on doublehb.com, why, how long we keep it and how you can change or delete it. It is drawn up in line with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
Who is the data controller
The personal data controller is:
- [OWNER]
- Company code (EDRPOU): [EDRPOU]
- Address: [ADDRESS]
- Email for any data questions: hello@doublehb.com
What data we collect
When you leave a request, we store what you enter in the form:
- your name, phone and, if provided, email;
- venue or company name, business type, city, number of venues, tills or rooms;
- the modules you are interested in, the software you use now and your comment;
- the "I want to be a pilot customer" mark and your consent to data processing.
Technically, together with the request we store the site page you came from, referral marks (UTM, if they were in the link) and a hash of your IP address. A hash is an irreversible "fingerprint" made with a secret salt; we do not store the IP address itself.
When you press "Interested" next to a planned module, we store the module name, the site language and a hash of your IP address combined with your browser data (User-Agent), to count one vote per browser. No name or contact details are needed for this.
Why we do it
- to contact you, show what is already ready and explain the pilot terms;
- to understand which modules people are interested in and decide what to build first;
- to protect the form and voting from spam and repeated submissions.
We do not use this data for advertising and we do not sell it.
On what basis
The basis for processing is your consent. For a request, you give it by ticking the box in the form before sending. You can withdraw consent at any time (see "Your rights").
[Lawyer: clarify the basis for the "Interested" vote, which stores a hash only.]
Who else processes the data
To keep the site running we use services that process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — site hosting, the database with requests and votes, spam protection (Turnstile) and cookie-free visit statistics (Web Analytics);
- Telegram — notifications about a new request that the bot sends to our responsible employee.
We have no other recipients and we do not pass data to third parties for their own purposes. [Lawyer: check whether a separate wording on cross-border transfer is needed.]
How long we keep it
We keep requests for [PERIOD] and votes for [PERIOD]. After that we delete or anonymise the data. If you withdraw consent, we delete your data sooner.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- know what data of yours we store and get a copy of it;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data;
- object to processing and withdraw your consent.
To use these rights, write to hello@doublehb.com with your name and the phone number from your request so we can find the record. We will reply within [XX] days. If you believe we have violated your rights, you may contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or go to court.
Cookies and local storage
The site has no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Visit statistics are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics — without cookies and without tracking individual people.
- your browser localStorage keeps only the chosen theme (light or dark) and marks of the modules you have already voted for;
- this data stays in your browser only, we never receive it; you can erase it in your browser settings.
Changes to the policy
If we change this policy, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
